Voicemail and unified messaging module for Ikírima UC8000. Voicemail per extension with speed dial key, accessible from any phone, three greetings, urgent messages, and associated extensions. Sends messages to email with playback controls, encrypts calls with TLS and SRTP, and operates in survivability mode.
Call rating module for the Ikírima UC8000 platform. It collects call data from all sites—including during survivability mode—and categorizes calls as mobile, landline, local, national, or international, calculating costs by provider. Reports can be generated by user, code, area, and cost center, and are available for on-screen viewing, printing, or export.

The ITB520 is Ikírima’s entry-level IP phone designed for operational roles, reception areas, call centers, and industrial environments. It features a 2.8" color display, supports 6 SIP accounts, offers high-definition voice (G.722 and Opus) and 5-party local conferencing, all in a device that is easy to install and operate. It connects via dual Gigabit ports—with PoE support in the ITB520GP model—and encrypts signaling and voice traffic using TLS and SRTP. It supports automatic provisioning via the Ikírima UC8000 platform, is compatible with wireless headsets, and is wall-mountable. It consumes only 1.8 W of power.
